Every public throughline
A throughline source is a standalone requirements graph you compose into your own
project by reference. Adopting one costs a [[sources]] block and nothing
else — its statuses, attributes and link vocabulary stay its business.
Read the draft marking. An entry is marked draft until every item in it carries a named human's ratification. The status alone is not enough: a status can be moved by anyone with commit access, so what is counted here is the accountability record on the item.
Nothing matches that filter.
The catalogue index could not be loaded, so nothing is listed. Rather than show a page that looks empty, this says so: the sources are all on GitHub in the meantime.
